The 34-year-old actress has admitted she has to “eat healthily” and exercise because she does her own stunts in her movies, although the star believes you need to find a balance and shouldn’t “kill yourself” by undertaking grueling workouts all the time. Speaking to Women’s Health magazine about her fitness regime, the brunette beauty said: “My favorite ways of staying in shape is staying active. I think that’s most important. You don’t have to kill yourself at the gym, you don’t have to starve yourself. You just have to eat healthy, eat right. Life is just really fast-paced. To be able to find ways of being healthy within that is a smart way to do it.

“I have to stay super active and agile because I do my own stunts. I do all my fights myself. I trust my body and my instincts.
“I generally inherently stay fit.”
Although the ‘Quantico’ star believes you need to find a happy medium between health and fitness, she doesn’t, and has admitted she doesn’t listen to her body when it’s crying out for a rest when she is ill.
She explained: “People always say you should listen to your body, but I don’t listen to my body. My body listens to me. I can’t afford to be sick or low on energy. It’s mind over matter: I’m going to have a good day, and not in that fake ‘Happy girls are the best girls!’ way.”
However, Priyanka has revealed she doesn’t “starve” herself and will often indulge in fast food because she doesn’t want to be “super skinny”.
