These healthy fruit and berry popsicles are perfect for hot summer days when there is a need for something cooling but still healthy. These are quick and easy to prepare and are also proven to be super popular among kids.
Any fruit or berry can be used as an ingredient or they can be mixed for example with coconut milk, regular milk or yogurt. The popsicles in the picture are made of kiwi and raspberries.
Place the ingredients into a blender and after blending, divide among molds or plastic cups. Add wooden craft sticks or something similar, and place the popsicles in the freezer for 3 hours. Enjoy and stay cool!
